Delivery
Items will be dispatched to you within 3 working days of purchase and sent by Royal Mail tracked 48 hour service.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you have any queries or experience any problems with a product, please contact me in the first instance and I will do my best to help.
If you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a product, you are entitled to a full refund in line with the Consumer Credit Act, as long as the item is in it’s original, new and unused condition. Refunds or returns cannot be accepted after 14 days.
Return delivery costs are at the customer’s expense. Please ensure you use the same service as the delivery.
Once the piece has been safely returned, undamaged and in original packaging, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days of receiving the return.
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
WORKSHOP CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you cancel:
If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 4 weeks before the workshop date and receive a full refund. Alternatively, you may transfer to another available workshop date if there is a place available.
If you cancel between 2 and 4 weeks prior to the date of the workshop you will be offered a 50% refund or an alternative date.
For cancellations within fourteen days of the workshop, no refund will be given unless I am able to fill your place with another participant.
If we cancel:
If for any reason I need to cancel a workshop I will try to give you as much notice as possible depending on the circumstances. You will either be able to request a refund or, alternatively, you may choose to transfer your booking to a future date. However, my liability will be limited to the cost of the workshop only; I will not be liable for any travel, accommodation or other additional costs associated with the cancellation.

Engaging in any business activities involving copying of my work is not permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, producing copies of my work for sale or conducting workshops using my ideas or artwork.
